Since my last tutorial I have been doing some more messing around on photoshop and come up with some more patterns to print onto fabric. I chose a really delicate open weave fabric to create a less intense reaction and create a more intricate look when I begin to embroider on to them. I chose a fine fabric so the embroidery will stand out a lot more on the delicate fabric. I believe the embroidery will compliment the delicate fabric while still being in contrast using a much more intense detail.
I found by doing this exercise I can see a pattern in the colour that is appearing in all my prints which will be the basis of my samples.
